Angry

I bought a scope from them about 13 days ago. I have yet to see it. They have the slowest shipping in the free world! I called last week, and they told me that everything was going according to plan. They delivered it to FedEx two days after I placed the order, and FedEx will deliver it the the US postal service within a week or two, and then the US postal service will deliver it to me at some point in the distant future? What kinda crap is this? By the way this outstanding delivery service cost me $10 for a $50 scope. I should have known not to expect much from them, my last order consisting of 3 items arrived with all three items broken or otherwise screwed up! I will never order anything from them again! :insane:

Every time I ordered from them it came UPS, never FedEX, and was always on time. I like UPS, they last 2 orders I have ordered the package got here a day early. Sounds more like FedEX's problem not SportsmansGuide.
Silver, did you call CS about those 3 items? I am sure they would replace them.

I ordered several boxes of 30.06 blanks for VFW ceremonial purposes via UPS.

Had them in no time...just looked at the billing...nine days.

That certainly is not unreasonable.

Fed Ex has alot of trouble finding my house. I literally live within a stones throw of a major highway, right next to a Kubota Dealership that recieves deliveries from Fed Ex on a daily basis. Go figure their system.

Several years ago, I would order stuff and have it sent to my work address. Ssshhhh! {ammo and more ammo.) Did'nt have to pick it up at the UPS station. One time, ordered sleeping bag covers I was called into the General Managers office. He questioned me about prior shipments which absolutely denied any ammo shippments. Then he showed me a soft side bag marked in bold letters "EXPLOVISES OR AMMUNITION". General Manager bout had a 5hit-fit!

Well no more orders delivered to my office.

Where else can you get a toilet monster?

I like SG.

But I understand the gentleman's frustration. There are a lot of places that won't sell stuff that is California legal to CA residents just to be on the safe side. I believe people should be promoting what little gun owners are left in gun-nazi overrun states rather than discouraging them further. If they don't want your business, take it elsewhere.

Joe, they did have good customer service on the broken items, but the point is that they were messed up in the first place. I got the scope today that I ordered exactly two weeks ago! Scope seems fine, but the sun-shield they threw in for free doesn't fit the scope I ordered. Guess that is what you get for free. Although I have to admit that I have had some good dealings with them in the past, lately I have had several major issues with them.
