Lenny,
Your information is inacturate. You, and anyone else, can see the results of investigations by the State of Texas into the abuse of children at Mount Carmel. Yes, there were more than one investigation and they all had the same results. No basis in fact.
Klaus told it as it is when he said that no violations of law were found at Mount Carmel.
If there had been cases of rape and child molestation, they come under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas, not the federal government.
The action at Mount Carmel was nothing more or less than a test of how well the American people would accept the assault of American citizens by their own government. They proved their point.
People like you prove how well the media did their job. Don't believe everything they feed you.

Same with Weaver's place. Bottom line, if someone with that much governmental power doesn't agree with you, you've had it. Whether your breaking the law or not, your going to conform or be destroyed, and they'll use whatever means to make you comply, legal or not.

Far as I can tell, the only way to keep the gummit from having their way with you is to make the price they have to pay to do it so high that it just ain't worth it. Short of a thermonuclear device, I don't know what else would work, maybe not even that.
