Not another new toy....

And it isnt a gun this time.
I got this as a birthday present to myself. I guess the birthday cards just arent enough. But I did get some happy birthdays from you guys. Thanks.
I traded my beloved Honda XR200R in yesterday for something I thought I would never own. A big, heavy, slow quad.
I was a motorcycle guy and always have been. I still have the 500 Magna though in case I want to cruise the streets.
I got a 2003 Kawasaki 360 4X4. Its nice and has lots of neat features. Havent gone offroad yet (this weekend I will) but after my last birthday I figured maybe I should slow it down a notch. I was pretty darn good on an offroad bike...maybe better than my reflexes would allow.
I drove it around the neighborhood today and took the alleys and every bump I could find. So far, I love it!
It has 2wd, 4wd, low and high range and if ya really screw up, you can lock the front differential. And it isnt that slow either.
But the XR weighed 200 pounds. This is a bit over 600 pounds.
I need to learn how to ride offroad all over again...but I will love it
Dale, maybe we should hook up and take a ride over the Bradshaws before it gets too cold. But be nice. I'm a newbie with only 30 years experience on 2 wheels, not 4.

Good deal Snakebite.
I bought myself an early B-day gift. A real hunting coat. Going on 40 and have been wearing whatever and freezing. 9 degree temps for duck hunting in the morning, here I come!

N-Joy your new bike. :right: Happy B-day too
