Question for Chris or Jesse about the time of posts

Since we've "fallen back" one hour with our time I'm wondering why G&G is still reads one hour ahead of where it should be?

Jerry...are you saying that G&G is on G??? Mountain Time? What is G?

We have standard time and daylight saving time. What's the G?

Gunssb...you're absolutely right now that you mention it. Greenwich Mean Time. I should have thought of that.

So does this mean that the time of posts we see on our indivudual computers always relfects the local time of where the post originated?

If you go to your USER CP, you can have it automatically update to your local DST if it detects it.

This should fix the problem. I have the site to use EST as the normal one.

Thanks Chris! Your suggestion solved the problem I was referring to. Now posts on my G&G computer screen match exactly what time I thought it should read.

I knew you were the computer guru. :right:
