Horse hair trench coat
Ok, I know this is someone different, but I was looking through an old family photo album and found some pictures of my Dad wearing a trench coat. At first I thought it might have been deer, but when I called him he said it was a horse hair coat. Can you find these anymore? Or anything like them? He said it was the warmest coat he ever had.

I have a horsehide holster, but it has had the hair removed. Bet a horsehide coat would be heavy.

Don't think a a horsehair coat has any more horsehide in it than a horsehair couch does; they use the hair by itself.
