Many years ago I played sax. I ended up as first chair baritone saxophone player for the Arizona All Star band. I had some great times traveling around Arizona and Colorado giving concerts. Also got in a lot of trouble too...but that was normal for me.

When I was a lad, I played trumpet and piano in jazz bands. Now I mostly play guitar and five-string banjo.

I'm a self taught harmonica player who only "plays by ear." I enjoy attempting to play the blues while listening to experts on CD's or the radio. :right:

played trumpet in high school. lemme tell ya, not a cool way to get in with the girls. i tried picking one up that a friend owns a few years ago and i didn't think it was possible to make such an awful noise with that instrument. my pal made me vow to never do that again, LOL.
