Kid needs a good counseling session with Doctor Belt. Straightened me up when I needed it.

Serious now: Perhaps he would like life better without an x-box...

The Xbox would laugh at your pitiful buckshot and land with a resounding, victorious thud. the crater it would invariably make would be a landmark for years to come.

The Xbox is the M1 Abrams of the video game world.

Nine year old needs a severe !!! kicking. It's hard to believe what people let their kids get away with.

I hope my kids never try anything like that. I'd probably end up in jail. Hopefully if we raise them right they won't do anything like that. That X-box would be donated to some poor kid, for sure.

Look at it another way, who's fault is it the kids like that. The kids or the parents?

Parents have to not let their kids get out of line. The mother and father is definently at fault because they let their kid turn into a spoiled little brat.

I guess she shouldn't have told him she would bring him something to drink.

I thought it was funny. It would have been funnier to see the kid he she crap beat out of him.

blasphemers... destruction of any game console *unless its ubercrappy -- see virtual boy, saturn, ngage, etc* is a bad thing. i get annoyed at people tossing out "broken" systems even if its not mine. itd be like someone tossing out a unfired garand. but yes, as a game system collector, repairman, and all around capitalist !!!!!!! in electronics im bothered by people wanting to ruin it. resell it if nothing else, theres a ton of good stuff in landfills because people were shortsighted in punishment or figured it was broken. *rant* *rant* >.< besides, its an xbox, the only way to truly destroy it is attempt to use it like normal *snickers* such inferior laser eyes *walks away chuckling to himself*

*edit* meh... cant even comment on what a bad kid this is.. is there a time limit for how long you can have a go at him with the belt? :/ saw a few of these wannabes at a middle school i went to long ago... was a "wannabe gangsta" type that was just coming in when i was leaving. take away all his consoles (cough give them to me cough) and give em a good whippin. bad set of kids coming out nowadays.. even at the arcades ive had kids about 7 go to machines my friends and i are playing and try to get money out of the coin return ON THE SAME MACHINE. lil brats have no respect these days and the parents dont even TRY to keep them in line... as that clip shows :/

This is why people are moaning about "kids today." I never had the balls to talk to my old man like this, and I only tried it once with my mother. The occasion was memorable in that the impact (key-word) was far more negative than I expected.

I was eating rusks in front of the TV, and I had messed crumbs all over the coffee-table. My mom told me to fetch a damp cloth and clean it up. I said something like: "Can't you see I'm watching TV?" I remember vivid colours, and when they faded I remember pain. My mom had fetched me a slap across the earhole that I swear could have felled a mule.

Nowadays, I witness kids talking like this to their folks in public, and they think that they are so cool. Their attitude screams "I am so cool, I could crap ice-cream," AND THE PARENTS LET THEM! The bahaviour becomes habitual, and the next thing you know, this kid turns his particular brand of charm onto any figure of authority. Well guess what, little junior turns 18 and runs into someone that is in no mood for a young punk, and gives him a well-deserved (and long-overdue) snot-slap. Now junior wants to sue, and guess who backs junior up? That's right! Mommy and Daddy!

Maybe I'm just a little old-fasioned, but I like kids who screw up from time to time. I don't expect them to be little sunbeams for Jesus, but there is a major difference between a kid with spirit, and an uncouth little snot with a smart mouth.

That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.

Parents today are too afraid to touch the kids for discipline. There's always some pansy next door that calls child services and claims abuse. It's more than obvious that the upcoming generations lack respect and discipline.

Oh Boy!!!! That kid should have lived in my family(anybodys house- ours- aunt-- uncle- grand parents ect.). It probably wouldnt have happend more than once, at the age of nine he would remember it for life- like I still do. I was about that age and smarted off to my step-dad, it wasnt at all that bad. Well we shook hands in the front yard for a while(him holding my hand with one of his and swinging a belt in the other.) Then came the weeks of extra work that was implyed on me. I think I got everybodys chores(we lived on a farm and a ranch) For about a month. It worked!!!
