Death Penalty

I think we need the death penalty but The burden of proof needs to be much much higher.
I think that the prosacutors lives should be on the line as well.
so, the Prosacutor wants the death penalty for a particular person.
Ok If the person the prosacutor wants to prosacute is found not guilty
Then THE PROSACUTOR gets the bad shot.
that would eliminate all the "shakey" cases.
and a few over confident prosacutors as well....
!!!!, do it for All felony crimes.
i wonder how many silly prosacutions there would be if the prosacuting attornies had their Own lives on the line.

Outriderdark, come on up to Alaska and get ya some cheap ground here where
Things are GREAT...No license necessary to carry concealed..GReat Hunting, Fishing,gold , But prices are Higher. We have No death penalty here either to stay on subject and we have some real BONEHEAD Prosecuters and Judges.
The only reason they are alive is because its against the law to Kill em!
The courts and jails are so backed up here, that a lot of cases are dropped because the Troopers can't do the paperwork in a timely fashion. The Cops here would like to see Marijuana legalized so they could have more time to deal with the more serious problems But , Busting Growers is a cakewalk for them cause they never resist or fight...I wonder why... HAR

Yet , I see violent Criminals get slapped on the wrist time and time again.
I have NEVER witnessed so much plea bargaining in my life.
Alaska is the only State where a Convicted Felon can still hunt with a rifle or Shotgun, but no CONCEALABLE WEAPONS, unless they have Special restrictions ordered by a judge. Guess they dont want the felons to get eaten by BEARS !
