| Phacopsrana, when I was given notice for Federal District Court it came with a questionaire. Some of the questions were: What magazines do you regularly read? What TV shows do you regularly watch? Do you listen to Talk Radio? What bumper stickers are on your car? (This is a real question! No lie.) Have you or a member of your family been a victim of a crime. Are you or any of your family a member of Law Enforcment? (Including Corrections) They also wanted to know if I had been involved in any cases of Workmen's Comp. I answered truthfully, and was surprised to not be culled out at this point. The case we were being selected for involved Federal Firearms violations. We were all asked by the Judge what our experience with guns was. When I said I collected vintage military surplus rifles, I think that was what sunk me. I could see that evil gleam in the Defense lawyer's eye. I would love to have been on that case. Oh well, 3.5 hours wasted, and I made $49. |

| I doubt they would let me be on a jury, after I tell them what I think about our judicial system and lawyers, and the fact that I don't look good in a kangaroo suit. |

| We need to remember that some of these juries decide on lawsuits...I personnally wouldn't award $7 million for spilled coffee that some idiot spilled on themselves |

| Banned | Not angry just took your post wrong. I obey the laws of the land whether I agree with them or not. I thought I was being acussed of ignoring jury summons. My mistake--Oh well it won't be the first time. |
