Where in the world is Otter?

This trip took us from Vermont to El Cajon California, I delivered in El Cajon on Wednesday Morning and took the rest of the day off to regroup my hours. Then, on Thursday morning we went to San Diego to load 37,000 pounds of cell site batteries going to Eagan Minnesota.
Wednesday I started getting a head cold, Friday I stopped to get something for it. I got the orange liquid crap that doesn’t put you to sleep for the day time, and some gel caps of crap to help me sleep for night time. This morning I woke up near Liberal Kansas and started coughing up a lung. Every cough is a new adventure in pain.
I just stopped in Salina Kansas for petrol, and decided to check in with my friends here at G&G before I head up the road to Williams Iowa for the night.
I hope everyone is well, I hope to be well someday.

just on the way back from a bout with bronchitis my self. not any fun at all. i waited too long on going to the doc myself. kinda like beating the sickness on my own, that can sometimes be a mistake though. in my case a cold/flu whatever developed into bronchitis and i paid the price for it. get well now.

Not good, I had it for 3 weeks during duck season. I seriously thought that if I was 70 years old or better I'd have been DEAD.

Troy know what ya mean, tough it out. This one was a booger! Check back soon Otter.

3 weeks sounds about right, being a dam fool and not getting to a doc soon enough made me suffer a lot longer than i had too.

We're in Iowa now, I couldn't stay awake because I took the night time caplets after lunch. I had to stop and take a nap. I did that not more that a couple of minutes after writing the first post about being sick.

I hope Kitty doesn't think you are coughing up a furball there. Hope you get better quick. Take care.

I'm in Clive Iowa, just got done with shower and breakfast and starting to feel better, we're going to head up the road toward Eagan Minnesota soon.
Thanks for the well wishes.

Watch that cough, Otter! Make sure that it isn't pneumonia. If there is any doubt, have it looked at. I got it for the first time about two years ago, and wanted to apologize retroactively to everyone that I ever knew that had it. I had no idea until then how it can suck the life out of you.

I'm in Austinburg, Ohio. Just pulled in for the night and pointed the dish. Decided to check in here before making dinner. Oxford; I wasn't at the bar in Salina, I was at the Flying J for fuel and shower. Gunnie Ed; I'm not seeing the reference, I've been to some of those places. What kind of Cookie? There's a post missing above. Someone asked if I was licking Kitty again and now it's gone.

I didn't think it was in bad taste, it showed me that you read my post about licking the cat, and remembered it.

Leave it to Troy. How else can you give a cat a bath?

This is how you do it, Apollyon67

Instructions on how to clean your toilet

1. Put both lids of the toilet up and add 1/8 cup of pet shampoo to the water in the bowl.

2. Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.

3. In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids. You may need to stand on the lid.

4. The cat will self agitate and make ample suds. Never mind the noises that come from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this.

5. Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a "power-wash" and rinse".

6. Have someone open the front door of your home. Be sure that there are no people between the bathroom and the front door.

7. Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lids.

8. The cat will rocket out of the toilet, streak through the bathroom, and run outside where he will dry himself off.

9. Both the commode and the cat will be sparkling clean.

Sincerely,
The Dog
