After claiming he didn't need money from "special interests," he's set all-time records for collecting money. To him business groups, corporations and chambers of commerce aren't special interests, but nurses, school janitors and Indian Tribes are.

One of the initiatives he tried to push thru in his special election a while back was one he coyly labelled the "Paycheck Protection" inititiative. It would've put new restrictions on labor unions spending money for political purposes, while not touching the business organisations.

And I'm not real impressed to begin with by a guy with a lifelong reputation for groping and humiliating women.

In the last few years, the Republican House leadership has locked Democrats and "disloyal" Republicans out of important bill-writing or discussion sessions, brought them to the House Floor on short notice, banned amendments, demanded immediate votes without allowing anyone time to read the bills, and held the votes open for extraordinary lengths of time until they managed to twist enough arms and change enough votes to ensure passage.
Some of you people may not like the lady's choice of words (mainly because you don't like her), but what she said was completely true.

maybe you are right. I keep searching for an answer to explain bush's odd actions and total disregard for his core voters! I would never, had you asked me 6 years ago, thought bush could be such an idiot! But, being a one worlder and all that pay back plus da mony......maybe you are right.
