You may want to start a corporation and get you FFL in the company name (with your name on it). This may help with liability issues if you get sued - or go bankrupt! Good Luck!

But,but,if you are doing nothing wrong,why should you worry about warrentless searces,or any searches for that matter,yeah,right.
I would worry more about the business end of it,laws,taxes,and endless regulations designed to keep you out of the business of supplying guns to the great unwashed,man what a load of total BS!
If you want to go into business get in to homeland security or some such other popular BS,guns will only put you in the spotlight,and that is not a good place to be.

Hey you know, you live only once.

If you really want to go for it. Go for it!

I highly recommend setting up an account and buy 4-7k worth of inventory that way you can buy used guns should they come around and resell them. Just like there is more money in used cars, same is true for a lot of guns.
