Doing paper on gun control.

Hey I am doing a com thesis paper based on arguing against gun control and was wondering if you could list some bills, cases and laws that I should look up and maybe some good reports and stats and things of that nature.

On another note any idea how to keep a weaver mount in place on an Enfield rifle, it only has allen set screws and it keeps popping out of place. >_<
