Cop shoots US Airman

A cop shoots an Airman who was a passenger in a high speed chase. A video apparently shows an anurmed airman face down following the officers orders. When he gets up he is shot.

I saw parts of the video...the only thing I really made out was an officer standing there shooting in the dark.
