Exclamation AR-15 problems!!! need help/advice!!!

I have a Colt AR-15, I've shot it before, and it does great, recently I took it out to have some fun, I shot off 2 or 3 rounds, and it jammed , I no longer can pull the bolt back more than halfway, there is something stopping and it seems pretty solid, I can't budge the trigger on FIRE, any help please! Again, the action will not budge after halfway! PLEASE HELP!

-Thanks,
Mike

Did you remove the magazine, then drop the lower receiver and look for the problem, and inspect the trigger group ???

Show us a picture of the problem and then break the gun down. When you put it back together walla it will work.

Dont mean to be a tease, but one would never have to worry about that with a Daewoo....ANYWAYS, apic would definently help us identify the problem

I could take guesses, but my thought would be to open the receiver if possible. Sounds like either a breakage or a foreign object.

And FM, if you hijack one more AR post to cheerlead for the Daewoo... If the word gets out on them they won't be around for me to buy when I get the $$$.

So, buy a Daewoo and NEVER have a problem? Never jams? Never breaks? Never need to replace a part? Saying you'll never have a problem with a certain gun is a little much IMO. I've seen AR's have 1000's of rounds put through them with no problems. I've seen Glocks and H&K's that are junk right out of the box. I've also seen an old Sharps .45-70 with a rear flip up sight hit about an inch of center at around 650 yards with 45mph winds.

Well, just like any firearm, they must be kept in pretty good shape, all i am saying is that this gun could take more of a beating, but they are both great guns. And i understang they are not indestructible.

Take a look at your buffer spring, it could have gotten bound up on something.
