Anyone having Internet trouble?

I've been having trouble with my internet slowing or stopping all night. Anyone else experiencing or did the recent winds screw up my high speed connection?
I'm asking cause I've spent hours on a few occasions trying to figure out what was wrong only to find out later that regional or national "grids" were all having trouble.

One of my favorite sites is having problems - otherwise everything else is normal.

The internet has been normal here at all hours.

Yours must be messed up. It turned that fine-look woman into a taco.

Must be on my end cause it's still slow here.
I was asking cause I've wasted time in the past following wires, going through software, configurations, etc. Only to have someone say "oph yeah everyone's having trouble today....something with the net."
Which makes me crazy cause I spent all day working on a non-existent problem. Just thought I'd ask before I started banging my head under the desk.

Everything's not up to date here in Kansas City...because we're also having very slow network speed today. At least I'm glad to learn from this thread that it's not just my computer.

My computer problem today (with DSL installed) is that when I try to open up email my cursor freezes for 20-30 seconds before the next screen appears. Then, when I try opening a different email the same thing occurs. I've never had this symptom before that I recall.

This only happens when attempting to open email. Maneuvering around G&G threads seems to be normal speed.

Hopefully, if this is a network problem it will be "fixed" soon.
