Which Polish stuff are ya reffering to? The '84 and '85 Polish light ball I have been using works GREAT! I have never had a split case, or misfire with it in 8-900 rounds, and accuracy hasnt been an issue either. Maybe your rifle just doesn't like it.

besides,if its old,the cases may split,but it shouldn't be a problem so long as your gun is headspaced correctly,and the splits don't go all the way down the case....old still can be brittle....

Out of the Hungarian Yellow Tip Heavy Ball 174grn, Czech Light Ball 147grn, and Hungarian 147grn Light Ball that AIM is selling, what do you recommend? I know MosinDave recommended some of the Heavy Ball stuff but I'm wondering if this yellow tip stuff is any good?

i have heard taht there has been cases that it has shot some powder out and hurt people, but i vaguely remember reading that! Im sure it is very dirty like all other surplus
