Arizona crackdown charges illegals as 'felony conspirators'
Just a few excerpts.
It's that federal inaction that motivated Arizona lawmakers to approve a new law creating the crime of smuggling last year.
Unfortunately for law enforcement in other states, Arizona is the only one pushing this legal approach to enforcing immigration law.
Arizona has decided to not wait on Washington to deal with the problem.

We can't wait any longer. The problem is just going to grow to large and by the time we are ready to deal with it, it will be too late.
