If you aren't willing to claim your words and actions, perhaps you should think twice about them.

They've been watching me since grade-school. I can't figure out why the bahstahds are still waiting....

Reminds me of that Terry Gilliam movie "Brazil" where half the people are employed to monitor and spy on the other half...

Talking Brazil

I saw that movie. We always complain when knolage of ourselvs is passed on however when it is a child molester or a rapest every one is all for it. If we alow it to happen to others we alow it to happen to us. This is a dubble edged sword and must be handled with care. For with one stroke you strike down your enemy with a nother you strike yourself.:insane:

Reguardless of what they say...if I want to say "Mr. X sucks at being a teacher I think he should rethink his teaching career"

I should be allowed to critize and let people know so others know!

What about the 1st Amendment rights here folks! These schools have no right to be interferring with things posted online that offer no threat as they are after they are in school.

I'll admit I'm a little confused here; when did schools turn into agencies for tracking and disciplining teens 24/7, instead of being teaching institutions?

Schools have no place disciplining students for activities not committed on school property. Even making threats, unless those threats are made about the school or concerning the school. Unless it is; then it is a police matter.

If a student gets in a fight in the neighborhood on Saturday is the school going to suspend them? The school has no legal responsibility here.
