ok lets look at this realistically I was about 245 pounds hold on ill get on the scale===ummmm 175 thats 70 pounds, its hard to tell with water loss poopie, general over all body subtraction ---im about 180 pounds

the problem is a lot of this is muscle loss thats what happens when you get old its not fat storage its muscle ----

7mmag6...From reading your posts recently, I think I'll skip the diet you've been on since your retirement, not that I don't need to lose about 25 lbs. That's the worst way to lose weight.:nod:

how do ya think that jared from subway got rid of his man boobies? man! i seen his before pic and he had man boobs when he was fat! he had to have a massive set after the weight loss!

I'm trying the old 'tried & true' method of cutting out the bad food (chocolate, chips, donuts, sweet softdrinks, etc) while increasing my activity. My sister has been dieting for years - up and down and up again - no thanks!
My method is slower, but less chance of making it all back.
Kidding with my sister once, I told her I had bigger gazongas than she had! Sadly, it was true . . . . :insane:

I'm now wearing belts and shirts I haven't fit into for a couple years. :nod:

hey 7mm you lose to much to fast your hurting yourself friend dont overdoe it i need you to chat with not doing your nerves good either sounds like you sould settle a wieght doctor too check your blood you can starve yourself very easy be carefull
