Question Hi-cap mags in Mini-14?

The two 20rd mags I got with my Mini-14 work great, are the 30/40 rd mags compleatly reliable in your experiance?
I am planning on getting some more and am considering 30rd. LE mags are only in 20 rd so I am wondering if I should stick with the 20rd.

The 20rd Mags seem to function Much better than the 30 or 40rd that are available today. Less jamming and feed problems !

Never had a prblem with my 20 rounders. Got stuck with some junk 30's. If you want a high cap mag try to stay away from the el cheapos. But sometimes you get lucky.

Eagle International has some 30 rd mags going for $8.97, I just bought one and I'm awaiting delivery. So I can't personally tell you if it works. But I have heard some good things about the brand.

You get what you pay for. A life lesson that pertains to almost everything. GO with a decent 20 rounder and you'll be much happier than a cheap 30 rounder that jams all the time.

If I were to get a Mini I'd probably get one or two LE Hi-caps and then a Beta-C mag.

The eagle poly mags a very good for what they cost. I have six of them and none had ever jammed in any way. One had abroken feed lip after the first time i used it and eagle replaced it no questions asked. I think i paid around 8 bucks each for them from sportsmans guide package deal. they are 30 rounders and after having them i ditched all my other steel mags.
