ok hate to burst anyones bubble but they(most anyway) are already felons in NY. undocumented or whatever you want to call these criminals they hold false papers and false social security cards, they fraudulatly claim us benifits as citizens and they fraudulatly claim leagle status to hold employment.
last i looked at NYS law the posesion and use of a forged insturment to obtain or collect state aid/assistance was already a felony.
1. enter against the law= criminal
2. hold buy use fake documentation= criminal
3. refuse or avaid federal income tax= criminal
4. falsely collect federal/state aid= criminal
why not just deport them on crimes they have already comitted and laws that are already on the books and are not up for political debate instead of beating a dead horse and trying to talk common sence to liberal bleeding hearts. Most are hard working but that does not mean that the crimes they have commited are excused. and the fact that they could be in construction unions and have the union fighting for them is outragouse these are not low paying no one wants jobs. union construction is a well paying job that could support a family and keep americans working.
