Couple questions on Ammo and accessories

Are there any good bulk slugs or buck shot out there that is good and cheap??

Also, are those bandoleers a good idea? THe ones that are like a big sash that hold 55 shells.

Ya know, I've never seen bulk 12 gauge rounds. I'd just pick up a few boxes of 00 buckshot. My Mossberg holds 8, plus 6 on the side. If I cant kill it it, or hit it  in 14 tries.... then I've had to much to drink LOL.

Haven't seen any bulk slugs or buckshot out there but bandoliers are awesome for shotgun rounds.
Make sure you get two so you can cross 'em over your chest.

WOW!!! Now we're talking. I am going to get more slugs and less bucks.
I got some Winchester Magnum slugs, they are brutal but pricey. If you know where to get a cheap bandoleer let me know.

Thumbs up

I made a bandolier into an assault sling for my 12 gauge Rem 870 Express. The folding stock has a top sling mount, so the gun hangs well - and I have a dozen and a half shells with the gun.

Slugs are great but you have to aim more like a rifle whereas Buckshot give you more area coverage. As for bandoleers...Are you auditioning for the Part of Pancho Villa ????LOL
Midway has 25 rd. Belts for 5.99 ...Part # 114-430 OR
50 rd. Bandoleers for 62.99 ...Part # 602-282
But may I suggest a Belted 50 rd. WAIST Pouch with 2 compartments for 15.49 ...Part # 629-614

Go to cheaperthandirt.com they have 50 round bandoliers for $12.95. And estate sells bulk buckshot, but the cheapest I've found was sellier and belliot. 25 rounds for about $10. Have you ever seen the fletcher shells, I think they're called, they have a bunch of little arrow looking things in them.
