Not good luck in the aviation arena lately. Shaun's friends had thier incident. My friend died Friday. Now I get word from one of my fellow First Sergeants about one of thier troops.
"In Key West last month; my maintenance squadron lost a member on an incentive flight. The findings have come out from the investigation, and it looks like he accidentally shut off his oxygen while trying to increase it and never figured out what he did. He ended up suffocating and passed away the next day."
Sorry to hear it Jerry, Hypoxia can do nasty things to a person just know that with it he probably didn;t feel a thing. I was reading the initial NTSB findings last night on Mitch's accident and its looking like some major pilot error. http://ntsb.gov/ntsb/GenPDF.asp?id=NYC06FA156&rpt=p
