Too bad zombies don't eat souless heartless meat, then we could just let em roam free and clean up the Lawyers and gang bangers in one fell swoop!

I think we should enact the National Zombie Registration Act. Requiring all Lawabiding citizens to have their zombies serialized and registered within a National database. That way we could track all the evil doings of the Zombie owners and prosecute them to the fullest exent of the law! For the actions of their zombies or pitbulls even!
