No service, AGAIN!

Yesterday I arrived at the Flying J in Clear Brook Virginia. I parked and went inside to have dinner. I sat in the restaurant waiting for service and didn’t get any. Now some of you may recall this has happened before at this location. This was the fourth time I haven’t gotten service in this restaurant. I was so pissed I was shaking. I walked out to the Magic Dragon and stood there looking at the last few pieces of sweet and sour chicken. The cashier came over and asked, “May I help you?”
“I’d like to know why, on four different occasions, I’ve sat in this restaurant and couldn’t get service!” I bellowed, loud enough that people in the store and restaurant could hear me and were looking at me. “Do you have any idea how pissed I am!” I wanted to destroy something. I walked toward the door and gave it a kick that sent it swinging back with a crash, and stormed out.
On March 7th. I couldn’t get service in the restaurant and I E-Mailed corporate headquarters in Utah. Nothing.
I don’t think that it’s unreasonable to expect service in a restaurant, I believe that these people are here for that reason, to extend service to me, the customer.
I wanted to leave, but I was so pissed, I was still shaking, I though driving in that state wasn’t wise. I walked back in and sat at a phone and called the YL with my calling card. We talked for half an hour and I stopped shaking and was starting to calm down. We agreed that it wasn’t worth doing business with these morons and it really didn’t matter where I buy fuel because I’m spending my employers money. I got off the phone and walked over to the Magic Dragon, there was some fresh sweet and sour chicken and I got a bowl and sat at the counter to eat.
So I was parked for the night and I had something to eat, so I decided to stay put for the night and unwind. This morning I got up and went inside to shower, when I got to the door there were a couple of hand written signs taped to the door, “Water pipe broke” and “No bathrooms, No Showers.” Stuff happens, and I’m sure they have no control of mechanical malfunctions, but how do you run a restaurant and truck stop, (excuse me, Travel Centre,) without water?
I don’t think it’s likely that I’ll be doing business at this !!!! hole again.

Sorry to see that. I feel the same way about a local place near here off I-95 in Kenly, NC in regards to service. At the same exit is a Flying J that actually has great service and food.

I just buy gas there, it's usually 4 to 8 cents cheaper at flying J than anywhere else in town. I have this affliction that prevents me from eating at truck stops, and I'm not looking for a cure!

I'm too good of a cook so I don't go out and eat much.
