B-square scope mount on mini/ranch

Has anyone had any experience with B-square side mounts for Ranch/Minis? I tried one on a Ranch so I could keep the iron sights (Not the stock ones)and use a scope as well for longer ranges. I can't seem to get it to stay put. Had a couple of 1 1/2" to 2" groups, but the groups wandered all over the paper. The clamp in the bolt-lock housing is TIGHT and the two allen set screws are as well, with their lock screws tight. Is there just too much flex in the basic design to be particularly steady?

I'm about ready to forego the ability to use the iron sights and mount the scope on a Warne base -- or just get good with the iron and forget a scope.

Thanks

I tried one with a dot type scope. I personally do not like it because it places the scope a little high for me. Took it off and went with a cheep 2.5 scope, and she shoots good enough for me.
