Works for me... But your average pinapple (frag) grenade or concussion grenade will only damage the body and there's only a very small chance that a piece of shrapnel will enter the skull. The idea behind the incendiary part is to burn them, but that's only if they're far enough away that they're toasty by the time they'd reach you.....

Nothing much worse than mob zombies... except for flaming mob zombies.
