A woman of some years goes to a plastic surgeon for a face lift, he tells her of this great new procedure where they install a knob on the back of her head, to get the wrinkles out, simply turn the knob and it tightens the flesh. She's absolutely astounded by this and agrees with the procedure. Several months later she goes back to the doctor and proclaims, " Doctor, I love the knob, but now I've got these bags under my eyes, what can you do", the doctor says, " ma'am, you've tightened the knob too tight, those are your breasts" OH! She exclaims, that explains the goatee!
