Met another G&G member last night

Met up with NRAJOE last night. We had a couple of drinks and a good cigar at the VFW.
Got some excellent chineese food at a local hangout.
Got the privialge of getting to see Joe's fine gun collection. You guys want to see someone baby his guns. They are beautiful.
He said something that made alot of sense. We are only curiators, we can't keep them forever. When were gone, hopefully someone appreciates the care we gave them.
I got to show off the new Kimber. I had to wrassle it away from Joe. We agreed I'd need it in the hotel I was staying in Needless to say, I know from an inside source that we'll see Joe as a 1911 owner again sometime in the future.

Lastly topping off the evening. I was the guy lucky enough to buy one of his guns. I 'm giving his Enfield a good home. If none of you have traded with Joe, not to worry. He's a stand up guy in that department.

Thanks again Joe, good to meet ya.

Good going Jerry. Glad you could give us the real inside poop on the other Joe. You're getting a real collection of actual sightings of other g&g members. I feel proud to have been one of those who met you personally, too.

Now did you get to see any of NRAJOE's AK's?

Every G&G member I have met so far has been a great experience, with Ox & Shaun on previous trips.

I did get to hold Joe's AK. I'm not a huge fan of 'em, I like 'em ok, his is very very nice. Not the common misfit rattle trap (just kidding AK fans)

I can't compare others collections, it's like telling your friend his kids are uglier that your other friends. LOL. The one thing Joe and Shaun have in common is the care and love thaey have for the toys. I would suspect 99% of the other G&Gers are the same. It's good to see those who truly appreciate fine firearms.

I could have taken more of my arms for "show and tell" with Jerry...but decided to only take my Springfield XD 9mm Sub Compact when I visited him in St Joseph, MO. Didn't want to take a chance on some freak accident happening and getting a LEO panicked...and possibly having them confiscated for some reason or the other.

But when/if I ever learn how to post pic's I'll make up for lost time.
