Question Need help buying 22 mag.

Im looking to purchase a 22 magnum in a week or two. I just want to know what brand or model I should look at. I do alot of squirrel and rabbit hunting with my 12 gauge but I really need a rifle. I want more distance than a regular 22. Any suggestions?

The Marlin bolt-action in .22 WMR is a very accurate and reliable rifle for a good price. It shoots consistently better than the Ruger, for much less money. The CZ452 is a good rifle too, but more expensive.
Wal-Mart carries the Marlin magazines too!

I am partial to the CZ. I have a Model 452 in .22 LR and it is an absolute tack driver. I have the Varminter model with a scope and on paper I have been getting 3/8" groups at 50 yards. I also hear the Savages are pretty hot too, and they have the adjustable trigger.

Good Luck!
