I weighed about 155 going in and 148 coming out with 3 percent body fat. At Corps school for PT we ran about 6 miles every other day and got wet and sandy on the beach lake Michigan. My last PFA I did 122 push up in 2 minutes and 145 sit ups in 2 minutes.
I thought I was prepared for FMTB, but that really kicked my ass. Now with the Marines I PT every day and I am to the point that I pass most of them on the runs and push ups. Pull ups they win by a long shot.
I can't post pics of the Marines Camies due to their strict policies and procedures.
I have some more ribbons now too. I found out not too long ago that I will getting a lot more when I deploy to Afghanistan in January. Time to do my job.

| so beerfoever i hope you donated that long hair to the childrens cancer thing so they could make wigs for them.my wife donates hers when she gets it cut. i think it has to be 12" or longer and it seems you had the length. now on to the other part i would never reconize you with that short hair infact if it wasn't for the user name i would have thought we had us a new member. after thinkin about it you should have played a joke on everyone and posted you new mug shot and asked everyone to put the face to a username in the forum.
