Giuliani reveals his stripes

WHDH-TV - National News - Giuliani says gun control helped reduce N.Y. crime

Giuliani just lost the Republican nomination with this statement. What is his problem? I know, I know.....he's from New York.

Some people don't deserve guns.

In a perfect world, where nobody has any problem with shooting some prat who breaks into their house, where criminals are terrified of law-abiding citizens, gun control is unessisary everywhere.

but here and now, some places need it, other places don't. some cities/towns have citizens that obey the law just because they're good people, and would help anyone out in a heartbeat. other places have the criminal element making up an entire social class, and need to be kept in line with a iron studded boot.

sad but true.

all in all, I'd vote for him over Hillary, because she would just take everything period, and is a card-carrying commie.

i bet if he gets into office the assault weapons ban is reinstated . and i bet it will be put back with no sunset date this time . this is a man that believes in gun control and anyone who belives in that will pass a gun law in a heart beat . so if he gets into office kiss any guns you might wanna get good-bye . and he will probaly even raise the price of ammo even higher just to put t pinch on the legal shooters so we can't even afford to shoot the gun we have. a president that is a firm believer in gun control is a bad idea plan on loosing some gun rights !!

Accurate. Hillary and Giuliani are the same on gun control. Giuliani thinks he's running for mayor of the US. He's not-he's running for prez of the US. He needs to realize there is a difference. Scratch Giuliani off your list. You nailed down Giuliani perfectly Tommy. Giuliani was in my state pumping that gun grabbing bilge this week. Argh!

Anyway you look at gun control it is passing sentence on an inanimate object instead of a person that intentionally breaks the law.The part I dont get is they catch a criminal with a firearm and dont charge him or turn him loose. But if a law abiding citizen, not intending to violate but because they dont know all 22k laws breaks some minor law, they not only prosicute but it makes the news big time. How can they justify prosicuting someone who means no harm and turn someone loose that means to harm people??? samuel.

Mentioned this yesterday!

http://www.gunandgame.com/forums/pol...amendment.html

Giuliani also said his gun control laws didn't affect hunting. He needs an education in Constitutional Law.

But all the gun grabbers say they aren't gun grabbers. They always have a preface they use like the one you just quoted. Either you is or you ain't. Ya can't be both.

You're right! I was hoping someone else would pick up on this, but the 2nd isn't about hunting.

The 2nd amendment has as much to do with hunting as the 1st amendment has to do with reading the funnies.

Now, SPOCAHP. You wouldn't want to upset our dear Muslim brethren overseas by insinuating it's okay to read cartoons about Muhammed, would you?

I mean, we all like funnies. Unless of course there's the faintest chance that one of them might possibly offend somebody...

just look at everything he's done sinse he's been in office that should speak for it's self. he listens to knowone and does what he wants. secret prison camps (oh i don't have them) but we later find out he does. the list will go on and on.the man should be impeached. clinton was impeached for lyeing why not bush?? nearly everyone he has apointed to office has quit or has been found guilty of something he uses them as scape goats (oh you take the wrap and i'll pardon you i'm the president) de defends and stands behind a internet child molester. exscuse me but my son was raped by a piece of crap that he stands behind and supports i mean how can you come out in public and say you will stand behind and suport someone when they are admitting they are guilty of comitting the crime????? he is just as guilty as the pervert that does it.was your son raped by a child molester ???i don't think so . mine was raped over 20 times and bush came out on national tv and said he will stand behind this senator and support him you know how that made me feel ?????i don't think you do you want proof there is just one smigin of the proof you need to get him out of office. but hey i hear him say on tv that war is tough he knows because he talks to the families .i lmao every time i hear him say that he ain't got no kid getting killed over there for nuthin and he ain't got no kid getting raped and then having to deal with the trauma after it doesn't end with the guy getting caught because we now have people like bush letting them go thats what happened with my kids abuser they let him go with a slap on the wrist.!!!! if the president can support a child molester they can't be that bad right!!! now my son has to see the guy every day cause he lives right next door to us and he has to wonder was it his fault or was it that my dad didn't try hard enough to catch this guy?? but every day when i went to counseling with my son the first thing they would ask me was(is the guy in any danger of me assaulting him ) or am i thinking of killing him. they wanted to protect the guy who did this to my son. they wanted to stand behind the guy and suport him just like the president i guess..there is my 2 cents or nickle .or quarter or what ever
