Which version of The Fog (remake or original) seen both but liked the original better. Carpenter did a good job, I think, of setting up atmosphere in his movies. Really pulled you into them and the story. Good filmmaker in my opinion.

So true. Ridley Scott is an excellent director. However, this is one of those I think that scared me as a kid (born in 1979) more then any killer movie or anything else. It is so well done.

True, John Carpenter again. Good filmmaker. My aunts like the original the best. However, the remake from John Carpenter more closely follows the original story by John W. Campbell Jr. "Who goes there?"

Any movie that starts and ends with Sigourney Weaver in her underwear is just fine with me.
