Nahh...you gotta put together good groups of five. So that's like 120 chances.

I'm getting cornered here. Civilization has arrived with a vengeance in the form of multiple housing tracts, and it's getting to where every time I go up in the hills and shoot I'm expecting John Law to show up and hassle me on GP, because gunshots in the distance scare yuppie housewives.

Guess I'll have to break down and become a range rat...

We have an old quarry near my town out about 3 miles or so, out on a dirt county road. I was out sighting in a new rifle.

When I go to leave. I get this out of control lady walking with a dog, yelling at me when I am loading up my bench into the back of my truck.

"She has a dog, and I am not a quarter mile off the road"

I was just sitting on my tailgate wondering where she got her Balls.

I told her that she was in need of rereading the law about shooting, and who cares if she is walking her dog on a county road. I wasn't shooting from the road, or across the road. I was in the Pit!

Next, I get from the women "WELL! I'm calling the Sheriff"! I told her go ahead, and call, you can read my personalized plates, and you tell them that I was shooting in the pit!

Oh! by the way, I yelled. We have a county leash law, Should I tell them that you were on the road with a unleashed animal??? She stormed off, and never saw her again.

I talked to one of the Sheriff's officers the next day, and he could only laugh about how stupid and misinformed people are.

I heard, or read that some people up in Wyoming?? I believe were actually sentenced to jail time for harrassing hunters on a hunt. I guess they walked right out in front of the hunters getting ready to shoot, and wouldn't move.

I Love the TV commercial where the guy chains himself to a tree in protest to save the bears, swollows the key, and then a bear comes along, and eats him.
