gas valve position

Hey guys,
If I want to fire my Yugo 59/66 in single shot mode, the selector knob is shifted up, or up and back towards the rear ? I'm pretty sure the rear "third" position is just for takedown, right ?

Also, is accuracy is a little better due to the increased velocity ?

Thanks

There 2 positions on the yugo gastube. genrade launching mode knob up and semi knob to the side. the knob will not go bakwards. the lever to take the tube off is located on right side of the rear sight.
warning pic
hope this helps

Yes, to the right is semi auto fire and up is single shot for grenade launching, push down and back from the single shot position and the valve comes out.
Zephri he is asking about semi auto/single shot firing on a Yugo SKS.

I've found accuracy can be better in single-shot mode - due to no reciprocating mass. I doubt the velocity is different enough to matter.
