Another thing my son learned at the police acadamy was...
When you stop someone thats been drinking and ask them how many have you had they all say just a couple, when they've had much more

Then they wouldn't be doin their job and drunks would be lining the street, not including your local street bum. I do believe there are laws against being drunk in public?
