When you stop someone thats been drinking and ask them how many have you had they all say just a couple, when they've had much more

Then if the cops know they are gonna' get lied to...they should just leave them alone.

Then they wouldn't be doin their job and drunks would be lining the street, not including your local street bum. I do believe there are laws against being drunk in public?
