no doubt, its not a long range gun indeed....for a CCW instance if needed, it will more than likely be close range, so who is gonna use the sights anyway....point and empty the clip....and yep on the anemic size of the .32 caliper...but with the RBCD ammo, it helps make it think its a bigger gun :-)

I learned the best gun for your female relative/friend is the one she picked out. Otherwise, you may end up buying 2. The one you bought & the one she wanted!

A LITTLE BIT OFF???

IN MY HUNTER SAFTY COURSE I TELL THE CLASS THAT WHEN WE GO TO THE RANGE FOR THE SHOOTING PART OF THE COURSE THE GIRLS WILL HAVE THE BEST GROUPING BY THE TIME WE FINISH. BLESS THEM THEY HAVE NEVER PROVED ME WRONG. THEY FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND USUALY HAVE NEVER FIRED PRIOR TO THE COURSE. IT IS A PLEASURE TO INSTRUCT OPEN MINDED YOUNG FOLKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have found this to be true in my teaching, as well. Women are not only better shooters (at the same level of training), but much more teachable...

You couldn't tell by my wife, shes all over the place. She only does good with my S&W 22A, shes not too bad with that one.

My wife carries a Glock 26 9mm loaded with Speer Golddot 124gr + P. She loves it.

I carry a Ruger SP-101 in .357 .with 125 gr. HPs, also a Taurus
605 once in awhile, but the Ruger dosen't rust,I carry shoulder
or mostly just put pistol between seats,I have to work grave yard
shifts often, once a few fellows thought they where going to get something from me, I drawed and fired into bridge above parking lot, very loud and I never saw these 3 men again?:target:

Glad things worked out for you. I would recommend using extreme caution when shooting in a situation like this. If its the only thing that would work, then go for it. Just be careful. Sometimes, just letting the scumbags see the business end is enough...
