Anyone else get crappy service from Sarco

Very poor customer service. If anyone has any contact info for the management there I would like it please. They sent me a gun that was damaged through the slide from being BANGED on something hard. I returned it since it was dented and they said that all others were Junk. I told them I just wanted something that wasn't pitted or gouged up or beaten. I got a pitted rusted POS instead. They were listed as VG Condition in the February ad in SGN.

This is what you get for Very Good Condition from Sarco:

I'm contacting the bank and it's going back tomorrow.

Well, I've never done business with them and now I probably never will. Anyone that lets that go out the door as VG condition won't get any business from me.

Good luck getting your money back.

E-mail ...michelle@sarcoinc.com
They offer a 5 day inspection period on all merchandise...
If you phone them its extension 100
The only thing Sarco ever did wrong was to send me a New part instead of a Used one that I ordered...I have not had a problem myself, they are a bit slow on shipping...

I've never had a prob. with them. The pic. appears to be one of the Star Supers-is it one of the gunsmith specials or the regular-price guns?

I have not used Sarco, but have had a problem with Samco, though.

Dealt with Michelle, Mike and Blanca for about a month now. Finally got Pat McCrann who is some manager. Said to send it back as all others were in same condition as one I had; will refund me my money. So please be aware that all Star Supers still being sold as VCG are probably not VGC. Pat said he would notify that advertising that guns do not meet description advertised.

This was regular priced listed as VERY GOOD CONDITION for a grand total of 163$ (shipping) plus the 22$ I'll have tied up in return shipping for two guns which I probably won't get back.

I'm glad to hear they are refunding...I just went thru a Paypal deal and I'm waiting for my money(5 months).

I just got HOSED 3 days ago by Jonathan Arthur Ceiner, inc in Florida, on Shipping charges...He Charged Me 30.00 to ship a 1 lb. package by first class mail that had 2.31 in stamps in a marked out Fedex Padded Envelope...it was 1 lousy Magazine that cost 59.00 so I paid 89.00 for a Freaking 30 rd .22 Magazine !!!!

I don't think I would have paid the shipping costs on that deal.

The problem is That Ceiner is the ONLY manufacturer of the .22 magazines for the Atchisson conversion units for the AR-15,and it is Useless without the Magazine. I had to have one and since there are no other distributors...
It won't happen again ! I didn't even get Kissed .........

I've been checking certain guns I like at different gun actions and have found most of the gun's are way over statted pertaining to Grade and Price.
I would be.... for lack of another word. Scard to buy a used firearm at an auction.

I ordered a bolt for a mauser 98 action years ago from a source that said they were in excellent condition.
Well the one I received looked like it was used to build a house with or tear one down.
It looked like it had laid in a septic tank for 25 years.

Is this the Norm when you need parts that are surples ?
Is there a lot of deseption by dealers that auction guns ?

If anyone wants more than 20$ for shipping any gun I stay away from it. Alot of people are going to inflated prices on the shipping in order to get a better profit margin in case they lose or break even on the gun. Plus list a gun with a low price and someone may bid on it without checking the shipping and then they are stuck.
