This is going to come back to bite us all in the arse. This will be the snowball that turns into a bolder and soon we will have no more guns.
Non the less, don't blame the victims. I am sure at least a few died fighting, an honorable death, but tragic.
I am hearing that there may have been a second shooter. MichaelSavage.Com - Home of The Savage Nation

| The weapons used
According to a news article I just read, the two pistols were a 9mm Glock (model not named) and a Walther P-22.

An Advisor from Homeland Security blamed the Campus police for dropping the Ball...That Campus should have been locked down when the first shootings occurred 2 hours before the Massacre and the body count May have only been 2 people...People need to face the harsh fact that you are Not safe wherever you might be and If you are not armed when Facing an armed Intruder, you are only a sheep ready for slaughter...

It's every citizens right to both protect themselves and be safe from harm. However if a company takes that right away, it should then be their responsibility to keep their employees safe, meaning telling them to run if something happens will not work. I'm going to have to investigate this further. | FYI...5. In 1998, Kentucky`s Attorney General determined that state law prohibits employers from prohibiting people from having firearms in their vehicles. Minnesota`s Right-to-Carry law (2003) prohibits employers from prohibiting carry permit holders from having firearms in their vehicles. Laws protecting the right of any lawful possessor of a firearm to have a firearm in a personally-owned vehicle were passed in Oklahoma and Alaska in 2005, and Mississippi in 2006.

South Korea was the scene of one of the world's deadliest shooting sprees, when police officer Woo Beom-gon went from house to house on an eight-hour overnight rampage in 1982 in the southeastern village of Euiryeong, killing 55 people and wounding 35 others
Its in the bottom of the article.
Notice it was a cop.

Going slightly off topic here...
Today (2 days after the VA Tech shooting), some idiot at my university (U-Maine) thought it would be a brilliant idea to leave a bomb threat in a classroom. As a result, law enforcement officials found the threat to be more than likely a hoax, but none-the-less, the entire campus was (and as of 3pm EST still being) searched. Twice I had a cops hand in my face saying that I couldn't enter a building, and I was sniffed by a German Shepherd once. Classes weren't canceled (which seemed odd due to the fact that they were searching buildings at the same time classes were going on in them). A lot of teachers did make classes optional....
Anyway, I think the campus and surrounding area police are doing/did a great job with this event. I just wish I knew who did it, since there is a $5000 reward on for information leading to his arrest.

Wow, I don't know whats more frightening, the kid that killed 32 people, or this....
CU Junior Arrested For Comments About Virginia Tech Gunman
BOULDER, Colo. -- A University of Colorado junior has been arrested, and suspended from school, after allegedly making comments that sounded sympathetic to the Virginia Tech gunman.
Police arrested CU-Boulder student Max Karson Tuesday on suspicion of interfering with staff, faculty or students of an educational institution.
C.U. police Commander Brad Wiesley said Karson made comments about understanding how someone could kill 32 people during a class he was attending.
Karson said he was "angry about all kinds of things from the fluorescent light bulbs to the unpainted walls, and it made him angry enough to kill people," multiple witnesses told police, according to a police report.
Wiesley said people in the class interpreted Karson's statements as threats.
Karson's father, Michael, said he thinks his son's remarks have been misinterpreted.
Max Karson was expected to appear in a Boulder courtroom Wednesday afternoon. C.U. spokesman Bronson Hilliard told the Boulder Daily Camera newspaper that Karson was "issued a summary suspension pending the outcome of a judicial-affairs review."

Yea, it's been on the news today here, all day. The high schools in the area have been put on lockdown for the day.

| 2 Killed, Then He Sends Package
The latest is that it looks like he killed two people in the dorm, mailed his package to NBC and killed the rest. "Fight Crime-Shoot Back" has never been more accurate. Heilung

That's a good suggestion, Rich. I wouldn't guarantee they WILL help, though. There are AG's out there who think the more they can keep the general public disarmed and scared of the law, the easier their job will be.
I guess what I'm saying is that if Pred doesn't like what he hears from them, he should keep researching it anyway.

If Pred is an NRA member, he can call them and talk with the ILA group with his concern and questions and they can help, as well as they need to be advised of the Employers action so they can take a look at the situation and see if it warrants action on Preds Behalf!
If Pred is not a member, he needs to find out if one of his co-workers is and have them make the Call. Be an Activist !!!!

I found this, was passed into law last year. http://www.lrc.state.ky.us/KRS/237-00/106.PDF
Now, the only real problem is that Kentucky is a right to work state, or whatever it's called, meaning my employer could fire me for any reason they want.

Kind of a parallel tangent here, but everyone has been complaining about NBC broadcasting some of the videos of this killer. A lot of people here in Denver who are complaining about NBC showing those videos are also those who have, since Columbine, been wanting Jefferson County to release all records, court documents and investigational records from the incident. It is just really contradicting.
Personally, I am glad we can see what these people were doing before the murders. It shows us signs, it shows us what to look for and watch for.
I also don't understand the argument about NBC making a "bad decision" by showing those videos/pictures and texts when all the media outlets repeatedly show self-made videos of Muslim terrorists: Bin Laden, Al Zawari (sp?) and all those like that. Isn't it the same thing?
Kudos to NBC for having the pair to bring this stuff out. Had they not, it would have been another hatchet, sweep-it-under-the-carpet job by the authorities because they just want to up the taxes and keep sucking up the cash; God forbid they ever want to use it to change their tactics, to retrain to handle new kinds of incidents, to do anything but bend over the American people.

Oh, and now they are complaing because NBC only showed part of it, but that they think NBC shouldn't have shown any of it.
WELL DUH! You know they (NBC) are preparing a 2-hour special news event for some point in the future which will have interviews with classmates, x-girlfriends, the gun shop where he bought the weapons, his parents, family members of the victims, etc...as well as the media spin we all know will come, putting its crosshairs on our 2nd amendment.
I just think it is ironic that all these plotting, caneiving, back-stabbing talk show hosts and TV show hosts don't realize this....DUH!
