Sounds like a perfect target to me. In the Mission statement, #4 refers to the development of human potential, isn’t that what our taxes are supposed to be paying for in the state run public schools? Now as far as the rest of the ********, is this Nancy Pelosi’s new job description? Expand government, of course! How much would this cost us? Just the grant money alone would break us, let alone a new Department. Additionally, I really don’t see how section 108 could ever result in a peaceful resolution. On Peace Day do we all get the day off of work and school? Whom should we use as an example? Dr. Martin Luther King, who promoted peace and unity and was gunned down by “peace activists”? Maybe, Louis Farrakhan, we can march on, I mean in, rather to the shining city on a hill. It is a bad time to review this, seeing as how the peacefulness of college campuses was just destroyed and only the peaceful people were not allowed to have guns.
Apparently the U.N., the State Department and the Dept. of Education are not doing the job they want them to do. I read little bits and this is really scary. I personnally think this is very important to work against...it is the real start of the downhill slide to socialism. BUT, how do you say your against Peace?? Clever aren't they!?!?
