| I stopped buying gun magazines sometime back.Way to much repetition on the same topic year after year, plus you must have this and that and one cant live without it.Gun magazines transformed into manufactures catalogs in my estimation of them. All the gun writers who knew and lived guns are gone now replaced by add men.But that's just my thinking!!

I'll read just about anything I can get my hands on. American Rifleman, Car Craft, Rider, Guns and Ammo, Readers Digest, Consumer Reports, Popular Mechanics, Harbor Freight, (does that count?)...

Pretty much only American Rifleman these days. Used to read Hugh Hefner's magazine, but I got tired of them disparaging everything I believe in.

The only magazine I get regularly is my American Rifleman. If I see something interesting at the mag rack in the grocery store, I'll pick it up. These could be: Guns and Weapons for Law Enforcement Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue Florida Sportsman Shooting Times And any others I deem worth of spending a few Dead Presidents on.

about the only one i care to pick up anymore is handloader. in all the rest ive found the writers either have no clue about what they are writing about or have done zero research, or sometimes outright lie to push an advertisers product.

Atta boy to everyone who said NRA's magazine. Everybody else, your first choice should be American Rifleman or America's 1st Freedom. (NRA) If not, WHY NOT??? Grow a pair! Second choice, your states Rifle Association's monthly magazine. If not, WHY NOT??? Grow a second pair! If those are not your 1st or 2nd choices then you might as well be reading "The New Republic" (a liberal rag) The Full MeTal's $.02.

Umm, I think I already have the requisite number, FMJ. Don't need any more. Reminds me of the Irishman watching a baseball game, who wanted to know how a batter had wound up on base. His friend explained that he walked. "I thought they wanted to run in baseball?" "Yes, but he has four balls." At which point the Irishman stood up and cried, "walk with pride, Lad! Walk with pride!"

FMJ, nra's magazines are just as poorly written as the rest of them, so go get your own pair! we're talking about magazines, not memberships!
