If it weren't really dangerous to shoot over water (bounces), I'd say go out there with a shotgun and shoot 'em like clays!

It's been done. (by whom I don't know) Water is shot over with shotguns all duck season. Only probelm is it is illegal in a few different ways to be shooti'n the asian carp.
