Dang! Check this link of recent tornado in Greensburg Kansas. On May 4, 2007, Greensburg was devastated by an EF5 [1] tornado that traveled rapidly through the area, destroying at least 95% of the city and killing ten people.
My relitives live near Dodge City Kansas. Tornados are a real threat to them.

My old ladies cousin took his wife and 2 kids into thier trailor bathroom, he put them in the tub and he laid over them. The wife and kids didn't have but 2 or 3 scratches, but they found him like 3 blocks away all jacked up. He just got out of the hospital last week after they removed his trac tube. He was in an induced coma for almost two weeks, then woke up and thought he had been in a car wreck. He's one lucky feller, broken back, both legs, an arm, some head trauma but he's good to go now! Her whole family is from Dodge area.

I just drove through Greensburg a couple of hours ago and am still stunned by how absolute the destruction is. I've seen tornado and hurricane damage but I've never seen anything like that in my life!
