| Called him before church, as I'm working as a cowhand several hundred miles away, and wished him happy fathers day. Wonder what my mom bought him.....

| My son is currently on the grave yard shift and gets home at 6 am. When he got home he started turning on lights and wakeing us up to proclaim he had bought all of us breakfast ( I stayed up late Saturday night ) As I managed to wake up, I was touched by his kindness, he was grinning ear to ear. As we sat down to eat, he passed me a Fathers Day card, the humours kind that has a pop out. But what drew my attention was something I had'nt heard in 20 years. He had signed "I love you DAD" I cryed like a baby when I read that. He also bought me a pr. of shorts and 2 colored T- shirts and for some reason the biggest bag of Snickers I've ever seen. It was the best Fathers day I have ever had...A.H |

| Resident Armed Liberal ![]() | My younger son called from Florida, where he's spending a couple of weeks, to wish me a Happy Father's Day. He asked me if I was having a good one, and I told him, "not bad; I managed to get ONE of you out of the house for it. Now if you can tell me how to get rid of your big brother too..." ![]()
