Question .22 Romanian single-shot rifle

Does anybody here have any info on the single-shot Romanian .22 rifle that appears to be a copy of the CZ (a "mini Mauser"), but with military style stock and sights? It is marked "UMC" and "CUGIR". I know of a guy who has one, and is trying to find info on it. This is a different rifle than the little Romanian M69 trainer that several of us have.
Thanks for any help.
