I have that same UTG rail. It's solid. No problems, and it's very affordable.

I've been looking everywhere for a report with pics on the UTG AK rail. I finally found it here!!!! Think I'll give it a try!

I have a UTG rail on my SKS. It's the receiver cover rail. It doesn't work all that great but then again none of that particular thing works all that well. I figure if it keeps coming loose I wil just use it to hold a flashlight on the rifle. I am now looking into stuff to replace the cheesy plastic on the gas tube cover it has a rail mount on it but I doubt you could really get anything on it to stay tight. I got that from Tapco.
