shoot the sten
and I belive the most fun you can have with your clothes on is with an M-4 w/203, and frags, when you din't get alot of sleep the night before. I din't know that frags, started fires, it just never occured to me, and a sofa at that, flaming stuffing everywhere, if I had'nt been in combat at the time I would have thought the whole thing was very comical.

Frags do indeed on occasion start fires I've also noticed that if you happen to be a rather cruel and depraved sort with a cockeyed sense of humor who happens to be a combat instructor you can have loads of fun with a training grenade and some masking tape and bright yellow spray paint (highway yellow is what I think Krylon calls it). Anyone having been through this sorta training KNOWS where this is going, while demonstrating proper handling and employment techniques to a class of newbies you "accidentally" lose control of the "Live" grenade as it rolls under the bleachers of your class (pin pulled of course). It is important to remember of course to have plenty of clean skivvies available as well as a case or two of TP to address the aftermath!

Anyways, that comes to about...hem,hemm...., between 10 to 10.83 rounds per second. That's not a lot when you compare it to the MP5's 800rpm.(13.33 rounds per second),or even the AUGPara.'s 700rpm.(11.67 rounds per second). Of course let me mention that this is for the full-size UZI, not the Mini-Uzi(950rpm.or15.83rps.), and certainly not the Micro-Uzi(1250rpm.or 20.83rps.).

Go MP5. The coolness factor of shooting a weapon used by SWAT is just outstanding. I've heard they shoot really good. I'd love to shoot one some day. I'd have to rent it though. I'm not paying for a class 3 license.

I'd go for the STEN, and Tommy, not every day you get to shoot some WW2 submachine guns.

There you go, Meatloaf,
I'm partial to the MP% and Uzi myself. Only because I trained with the MP5 and humped an Uzi around South East Asia.

Took the grandson to a machinegun shoot recently. We shot a .50 M2HB, an AK-47, a couple of MP5's, a Maxim, a Thompson, and a pair of twin-mounted .30's. What a hoot! I need to figure out how to make my videos postable.
