Carrying openly is what you can't do in the "cities of the first class", ie P&P.

I wonder if a municipality prohibiting the sale of BB/pellet guns in PA is legal.

I was cleared by the FBI to install alarm systems in the drug seizure vaults on the border. Seems like I should be ok to carry anywhere. But I'm a believer in states rights, so Washington can be kept somewhat in check. I'll just live with it.

| Getting CCW's from multiple states
I was talking to a guy today who has CCW permits from California, Utah and Florida, with his California address on all three. The interesting thing is that he got them from the same place: an instructor in San Bernardino, CA who's accredited by all three states.
He qualified for the California permit because he's a volunteer for something (didn't catch exactly what) that's considered dangerous. He picked up the other two because he travels a lot. One of the permits is honored in 25 states, and the other in 28 states, that have reciprocity agreements with Utah and/or Florida.
His boss showed up and put him to work before we finished talking, so I gave him my card. Hopefully he'll call me with the details.

How about working like the CDLs are worked. Each state licenses the gun owner for carry in that state. If He or She wants to go national, they must take another test(of some sort) and pay an idditional fee(of cource). Then, they are sponsored by their home state but licensed to carry in the whole country.
My CDL said Arkansas, but I could drive an 18 wheeler in any state. It's more dangerous to do that than carry a gun.
Each state gets their revenue and the feds get some vig from controlling the whole thing.
Just an Idea, but it might work???

| Universal carry
Ron Paul just introduced a bill [ HR 1096] to restore the Second Amendment to EVERY American citizen in all states. That man is the key to our survival. Melt down the phones men.
Above all the Bill of Rights has to be guarded, along with the 2 nd for there will be no 1 st.
