The AKs were Bulgarian. Russia was ticked that they didn't get the contract. The price was less than $100 each, while the Russian price would have been over $200 each, IIRC.

The Russian model would have presumably been the AK-100 series.

No, what you heard was that during the Clinton Administration, they Legislated an additional 100,000 police. Sorry buddy. I know you were trying to make a point, but.......

I was wrong, but BB sure seems to have a beef with me.

But, on the other hand, the number you provided is only .003% of the United States population using 320 million as a base. You take Iraqs population..I only come up with 14691.8 if you go off of that same percentage. That is still pretty far off of 190,000.

Oh, heavens no! I don't have a beef with you! If I did, I would have already hunted you down and put you next to Jimmy Hoffa. LOL

The won't have to take our guns. The first thing they would do is come up with another ban for high capacity mags, and bring back another gun ban like before. Then ban in the importation of ammo from Russia(.223 and 7.62x39), and then come up with a huge contract for all the US ammo manufactures. At which point ammo will be so expensive no one will be able to afford it. The only thing thats saving us on .223 right now is Wolf.

Angry AK gone

Durn, my nephew is over there as a turbine mechanic. They just talked him into making more money on night patrols. If one of those guns.... I'm going to be pissed.
